Rachel Werner

Rachel joined MCW Lawyers in 2004 as a legal secretary, and now works in the position of probate paralegal in our wills and estates team. 

Rachel’s experience in this area of law enables her to assist clients with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian.

Rachel's long experience in these areas of the law means she is able to assist and guide executors through the process of probate and estate administration.
