Katie Bennett

Katie joined MCW Lawyers in 2014 as a legal secretary, and now works in the position of probate paralegal in our wills and estates team.

Her experience in this area of law enables her to assist clients with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian.Katie is able to assist and guide executors through the process of probate and estate administration.

Katie is currently studying her Bachelor of Law hoping to finish this by the end of 2023.
