Amelia Scott

Amelia joined MCW Lawyers in May 2023 as a lawyer in the Wills and Estates team. Prior to joining MCW Lawyers, Amelia has work at suburban law firms in St George and Sutherland in general practice and property law.

In 2015, Amelia was awarded a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science from Western Sydney University. The following year she completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2016.

Amelia can advise in relation to probate, estate administration, the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian.

She also assists with litigation concerning Wills and Estates.
