Family Law Conference 2022

Senior Associate Lawyer, Bree Staines from the MCW Lawyers team attended the Family Law Section’s National Family Law Conference held in Adelaide this week.

The Conference explored all topics in family law, including financial agreements, child support, family violence, parental alienation, surrogacy, ethics, family reports and more. All these topics were presented by leading family law solicitors, barristers, judges, psychologists and academics from Australia and internationally. The Conference also provided many opportunities to catch up with colleagues from around Australia, especially at the Gala Ball on the final evening in beautiful Adelaide.
