Corinne Whelan

Corinne graduated from Western Sydney University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Key Program) and from the University of Technology Sydney in 2017 with a postgraduate law degree known as the Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. Corinne was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court in December 2017.

Prior to joining MCW Lawyers, Corinne was a Legal Consultant to the barristers in a Sydney CBD Chambers and she has also worked as a paralegal in a law firm located in Hurstville.

Since joining MCW Lawyers in 2017, Corinne has worked predominantly on commercial matters advising businesses, formulating agreements and assisting with commercial and business transactions. Corinne supports a range of large franchise systems by working closely with franchisor clients in the establishment and maintenance of their networks.

Corinne also supports prospective franchisees in the negotiation of agreements and assists in the more general areas of employment law, land and environment law, wills and estates and retail leases.

Corinne brings a high level of empathy and understanding to help clients navigate the legal complexities of day to day business operations.
