Brielle Straney

Brielle joined MCW Lawyers in early 2013 while completing a double degree in Commerce and Law at the University of Wollongong and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University. Brielle was ultimately admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in mid-2014 and the High Court of Australia in early 2016.


Since joining MCW Lawyers Brielle has worked in the areas of debt recovery and employment law however her work is now predominantly focused on civil litigation in the personal injury field.


Brielle assists those who have been injured either as the result of an accident or the negligence of another party:

  • in the course of their employment;
  • in motor vehicle accidents; and
  • on public or private property.

Brielle is a compassionate solicitor who understands that her clients are often still overcoming the fallout of a life altering trauma. Brielle works closely with her clients and their families throughout every stage of the process to assist them not only with navigating the legal system but also to achieve an early resolution of their matter.
